Nikki Mitchell is a Certified Health Coach with a passion for educating and motivating people toward health and wellness through holistic lifestyle changes.  In early 2018, the Lord set Nikki free from lifelong struggles with yo-yo dieting, poor body image and food addiction and this FREEDOM spurred her to a new career, encouraging others to walk in wholeness as well.  While Nikki loves sharing practical health solutions with fun facts, she understands from her own journey that victory begins when God heals the heart.  Accountability and encouragement are fundamental keys to lasting lifestyle change, and this makes Nikki a valuable support to Dr. Amber's work with patients.  As a virtual franchise owner of Juice Plus+, a company providing whole food supplement and Tower Gardens, aeroponic growing systems, she offers these tools to help people on their nutritional journey.  Nikki also has obtained a Worship Ministry degree from Elim Bible Institute.  She and her husband of 25 years own a custom woodworking and cabinetry company called MitchellCraft, Inc. and they savor time with their two young adult children.

Why choose KOL Wellness?

In 2015, Dr. Amber began KOL Wellness where she works in partnership with clients, educating them on how to become whole, and joining together in prayer for God’s optimal health for their lives. By partnering together it allows each unique individual to share their history and entire perspective on wellness. This way a partnership is formed and we are able gain insight into the root of issues. Reaching optimal health and maintaining the best quality of life is our goal, so that you are able to use the precious vessel you have been given to achieve all that God has for you! Giving Him the glory for each tool as treasure of creation.

Exodus 23:25, Psalm 103:3, Isaiah 53:5

Jesus came to make us WHOLE

What does KOL (כֹּל)mean?

Psalm 103:1-5  Bless the LORD, O my soul, and ALL that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul and forget not ALL His benefits, who forgives ALL your iniquity, who heals ALL your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The ALL in every instance here in Psalm 103 is translating orginally to the Hebrew word kol. We are merely a tool to help the Almighty Physician bring wholeness (kol כֹּל) to your life.

He who made the body, HEALS the body!
